What is Beyond Keylogger?
Beyond Keylogger is an invisible surveillance tool that
records every keystroke (including passwords) to an encrypted log file. The log
file can be sent with email to a specified receiver. Beyond Keylogger also monitors
the internet activity by logging all URL's the user visits, the time and title of
the active application, microphone sounds and clipboard.
You can also configure it to take screenshots on desirable interval or on each mouse
click and "Enter" key.
Why do I need this program?
With this program you can get an activity log of what is
going on your computer.
For Example:
* Protect your children from Internet dangers.
(Monitor and Record what your children do online, who they chats with, which sites they
surf to, which information do they give and to who, so that you will be able to
better guide them as to what is appropriate and what is not).
* Spousal Monitoring.
* Employees Monitoring.
What operating system does Beyond Keylogger work
on?
Beyond Keylogger support windows 98/ME/2000/NT/XP/Vista/Win7 with
at least 32mb of RAM.
How invisible is the keylogger?
It is hard to find Beyond Keylogger.
You can configure it not to show up in the add/remove programs menu, start menu
or the task bar.
It is also completely invisible in Windows 98/NT/2000/XP/Vista/Win7 Task Manager.
I have installed the keylogger, but I can see
its icon near the computer clock, how can I set the Keylogger to hide it?
Easy, just open the Keylogger and check the "Hide program tray icon" box in the Keylogger General Settings screen.
After you hide the icon, you still be able to open the Keylogger by typing your Keylogger Password
in any application you want.
How can I increase the Keylogger stealthiness level?
* Most of these settings are already set by default.
1) Make sure you have the Keylogger latest version.
2) In General settings screen check the Hide entry from the windows startup list box.
3) In General settings screen check the Hide program folder box.
4) In General settings screen check the Hide program process from Task Manager box.
5) In General settings screen check the Hide program tray icon box to hide the icon near the clock.
6) In General settings screen press the Delete help file button.
7) In General settings screen press the Remove icons and entries from start-menu and uninstall list button.
8) Do not close the Keylogger, just use the "Hide" option (Keylogger defenses are strongest when it is running).
* Most of these settings are already set by default.
How do I get Beyond Keylogger out of Stealth Mode?
All you need to do is to type your password in any application
(Word, Notepad, Explorer, Desktop) and the Keylogger main screen will popup.
I typed my password in notepad but the keylogger is
still invisible. What can i do?
Check that the current keyboard language is as it was when you set the
password in first place.
It may be that the keylogger is not running, try to manually activate it by executing
it from the directory you installed it.
Wait 10 seconds and then type the password (try to type it in notepad).
If you do not know where you installed it, then try to Reinstall the keylogger
I pressed the 'Exit' button instead of the 'Hide' button and now the Keylogger does not popup when I type the password. What can I do?
If you pressed the 'Exit' button, then you have closed the Keylogger and it will not popup
when you
type the password until you re run it.
There are 3 ways to run the Keylogger:
1)Restart the computer, it will be loaded on startup (unless you set it not to).
2)Go the folder you installed it and press on the .exe file. Then type your keylogger password.
3)If you do not know where you installed it then
Reinstall the Keylogger. The installer will run it for you.
If you still have problems then contact us.
I have some problems with the keylogger, what should i do?
Try to Uninstall it and then to Reinstall the latest version of the keylogger.
If you still have problems then contact us.
Does the Keylogger logs keystrokes such as passwords I type? Where can I see the typed keystrokes?
Sure.
The Keylogger logs all typed keystrokes.
You can find the keystrokes organized by the app they were typed, in the Textual Log.
Just open the Keylogger Log Viewer, press the "View Textual Log" option and then press the
"Filter Empty Rows" option to remove entries with no keystrokes.
Then just press each row to see its keystrokes.
(You can then press on the Generate HTML Report for better viewing the logs).
More info about How to find typed password can be found here.
Does Beyond Keylogger sends out any information from my computer?
No!
Beyond Keylogger will never even try to connect to the internet unless
you set it to send the logs via FTP/Email, in that case, the keylogger
will send you the logs to the Email/FTP account you configured.
I forgot my Keylogger password so I can not open the Log Viewer to view the logs. Can You, Supremtec, access the logs on my computer and send them to me?
No!
The logs are stored locally in hidden folder on your computer.
We do not have any remote access or any access at all to these logs.
We do not have any remote access or any access at all to your keylogger settings.
We do not have any remote access or any access whatsoever to your computer.
Where can I get a free SMTP account?
For the Keylogger to send logs by email you will have to
write your SMTP at the email section.
We recommend opening an account at http://www.gawab.com
which was tested and works
with the Beyond Keylogger.
Press for step by step example of how
to configure "gawab" settings (E-Mail section)
I don't know what is my SMTP, What can i do?
1) You can ask your ISP (ISP = Internet Service Provider - the one you pay your internet bill to).
2) Most of the SMTP addresses look like this:
SMTP.your-isp-name.com or MAIL.your-isp-name.com
(for example, sbcglobal.net SMTP is: smtp.sbcglobal.net).
So you can try to add the SMTP. or the MAIL. Prefix to your ISP name, then press
the Send-Test button and see if you get a confirmation.
You can also search Google for the term: SMTP + your-isp-name
3) (ISP name to SMTP).
If option 1 and 2 did not help you, then open the keylogger and go to the email section,
type the ISP domain name (for example: gawab.com or sbcglobal.net)
to the SMTP field and press the "Lookup" button
Beyond Keylogger will try find the suitable SMTP server for that ISP domain.
For Example: If you type gawab.com in the SMTP field and press the Lookup button,
Gawab SMTP (smtp.gawab.com) will be inserted into that field.
(First try option 1 and 2 since this option will not always give you the best SMTP)
Can i have the keylogger to take my default email settings
from my Outlook?
Yes!
Go to the email section and press on the "Extract" button,
(It won't retrieve your user-name and password).
I have an SMTP address what now?
Select the email section and add this info:
Email Address - The destination email (The log will be sent to this email).
You can use your own address or open a free new one at gawab.com.
SMTP Server - you can use your own or choose one of the many free SMTP mail
services on the Internet. (gawab SMTP is smtp.gawab.com).
If your SMTP requires authentication, you should enter login name and password.
I am trying to activate the email delivery option,
but every time i press the "Send Test" button, it keeps saying "Mail delivery failed".
Why?
There can be several reasons for that.
Most common are:
1) Your firewall blocks it (Try to disable it for the Test and see if that is the problem).
2) The SMTP you are using is not free. (For example, Hotmail/Yahoo/Google SMTP is not free)
You can try to use your ISP SMTP (ISP = Internet Service Provider - the one you pay your internet bill to),
(First try WITHOUT your ISP User-Name and Password - if that will not help then try with your
ISP User-Name and Password).
If you do not know your ISP SMTP address then you can ask your ISP or to look here
to find your ISP SMTP.
If you can not use your ISP SMTP then you can always open a free SMTP account with Gawab like
described in the Keylogger-Manual (Email settings),
and have the keylogger to send you the logs
using this SMTP to every email address
you want.
3) You are behind a router (Usually in Home-Networks) so you may need to forward (open)
port 25.
(Port 25 is the SMTP port)
4) Your ISP blocks port 25.
If all this does not help you or your ISP blocks port 25 then you can always use the
FTP option like described in the Keylogger-Manual (FTP settings).
(You will find there a step by step example on how to use Tripod FTP (free)).
* FTP server is like a remote Hard-Disk that you can access to with user-name and password you set.
When using the FTP option, the keylogger uploads the logs to that remote server.
You can then access that server with your user-name and password and download the logs to
your Hard-Drive.
(As said, you will find all explanations/examples for the FTP option in the Keylogger-Manual under the FTP section).
The Test Email/FTP went OK, i even got the confirmation email/file
but i do not get any logs, Why?
There can be several reasons for that.
Most common are:
1) Your computer is not connected to the internet.
2) The keylogger is not running.
3) The keylogger status is "Not Logging"
(If the keylogger status (General Settings Screen) is "Not Logging" then you will not get logs).
4) There are no logs (The keylogger will not email you if there are no logs).
5) You windows user name is in the "Do not Log these account" list in the restriction section.
6) You set the keylogger to send Screenshots. (The screenshot file can be very big, it can take
the keylogger hours and even days to send it depending on your line speed).
7) You set a log size limit smaller than then logs size.
8) The logs were moved to the Spam/Bulk folder - you should check there too.
9)The sending time interval you set is smaller than the time the Keylogger is running.
Tip: If you do not get logs, and the above did not help you, then after you make sure that the "Test Email" works, try to set the keylogger to send logs every 1 minutes.
When you see that it works, set your desired sending interval.
(Again, make sure you did *not* set it to send screenshots)
Can anyone see the logs?
No.
The logs are encrypted.
You can only watch them from the log viewer and for open the log viewer you will
have to type a password.
Does Beyond Keylogger record URL's that a user visits?
Yes, Beyond Keylogger logs the URL's of visited sites
including pressed links.
Will Beyond Keylogger record ICQ sessions and room
conversations?
Yes, Beyond Keylogger records all keystrokes typed on the monitored computer and saves them to the Textual Log.
If you have the "two-sides Chat / IM interception" option Checked (added in v3.1 to the Textual Settings screen), the Keylogger will create a new Log type, Chat Log,
and will record all keystrokes typed into the Supported IM clients* and all keystrokes typed into the IM clients by the
other side of the chat conversation to that Chat Log.
If you uncheck this option or use unsupported Chat client then, just as when this option is checked, Keystrokes typed into Chat clients
on the monitored computer will be found in the Textual Log.
The other Chat side keystrokes can only be viewed in the Visual Log (screenshots).
* Supported IM clients: Window Messenger, Windows Live Messenger, ICQ6/ICQ-Live, Yahoo Messenger 8, QIP, Miranda and AIM6.
Can I monitor other computers in a network?
Yes. You can do so by installing the Keylogger on each computer you'd
like to monitor.
You have 2 options to view/get the logs from the monitored computer:
Option #1:
Use the "Send Log Via Lan" option in the Keylogger LAN screen to set the Keylogger to copy
the Log folder over the LAN to a shared folder in your computer.
Option #2:
From your computer, open the Keylogger Log Viewer, press the "View Remote Log" option
and browse to the wanted computer "Log" folder.
If you do not see the Log folder when you browse, then you need to set it as a shared folder.
(You can see the Log Folder path in the Keylogger Maintenance Screen).
So, if you need to share the Log Folder of the monitored computer then:
Go to the Monitored computer and:
1) Open the Keylogger and see in the Keylogger maintenance screen where the Keylogger saves the logs.
2) In the Keylogger General Settings screen, uncheck the Hide Folders option so you will be able to see
the Log Folder for sharing it. (You can hide it again in the end of this process - (step 4)).
3) Go to the Log Folder you saw its path in the maintenance screen and make it shared.
(Right click on that folder->Options->Sharing Tab->there, allow sharing by pressing the
"You understand the risks ..." option and Enable the 2 boxes that related to sharing).
4) Check the Hide folder again in the Keylogger General Settings screen to hide that folder again.
(You need to do steps 1-4 only one time)
5) On the other computer (the one you want to see the logs from), open the Log Viewer, press the
View Remote Log option and browse to that shared computer Log Folder.
(My Network Places->The Entire Network->Microsoft Windows Network->Choose The Shard Folder).
You may need to configure your firewall to allow sharing.
You may also need to set a new windows account on the monitored computer that have the same user name and password that the other computer has).
(Depends on the Windows types installed on both computers).
(this is how windows (in some of its versions) verifies that you can access the other computer shared folder in your network).
For example if you have the account "AAA" with the password "BBB" in one of the computers, then
create a new windows account with the same user name ("AAA") and the same password ("BBB") in the other computer
and do step 5 from this new account.
Notice that you must purchase multiple licenses in order to do that. (1 license per computer)
Can I delete the log files?
Yes, the log viewer allows you to delete specific log type
(keystrokes, screenshots, microphone, and web) in a specific date by choosing One
of the "Delete a Chosen Date" options.
You can delete the all logs from a specific type by choosing one of the "Delete
Entire Log" options.
I accidentally deleted the logs. Is there any way to recover them?
Sorry, but no.
How do I backup the Logs?
Option #1:
Just burn the Log Folder to a CD or copy it to a USB stick/another partition/another drive.
You can find the Logs folder path in the Keylogger Maintenance screen.
You will need to uncheck the Hide folder option in the general settings screen to access the Log folder.
(Do not forget to recheck the Hide folder option when you done)
If you burn it then:
a) You need to press the Stop Logging option before that.
(Do not forget to press the Start Logging when you done)
b) Make sure your burner is not set to delete what it burns.
c) Make sure your CD size is bigger than the Log folder size.
You can then view these logs by using the Keylogger Log Viewer.
Log Viewer->View Remote Log: there select the folder you copied.
Option #2:
If you want to backup decrypted logs, then use one of the export options in the keylogger
Log Viewer to extract the wanted log.
Why do I see these symbols {<-} in the textual log?
You will see this symbols {<-} when the Backspace key was pressed.
For example, if you see this: "How at{<-}re you" then the "t" was deleted and
you should read it as
"How are you".
if you see this: "How atr{<-}{<-}re you" then the "t" and the "r" were deleted and
you should read it as "How are you".
I have looked in the Visual Log for my Yahoo password and my Runescape password, but I only see them as *******. How can I view the real password?
You will find the real password in the Textual Log (not in the Visual Log).
The keylogger logs what you types.
If you surf to Yahoo and TYPE the password, the keylogger will log it.
You can then find the password in the Textual-Log.
1)Open the "Log Viewer".
2)Press on the View Textual Log.
3)Press the Filter empty rows for removing windows without keystrokes.
4)Search for yahoo in the viewer searcher, one of the rows should
contains the password.
(You can press the Generate HTML log for better viewing).
You can also search the Web Log for sites you want (like yahoo) and then
by using the row time stamp, search it in the textual log or just select that Web row
and then press on the "Go To Textual Log" option
(If you do not see the keystrokes for the row/entry that the keylogger selected, then look
a few rows below or above that row).
Can I monitor a multi-user machine?
Yes! Just make sure that the "Run When Windows Starts" option is checked
and the Keylogger will start monitor all users on the computer.
The keylogger only monitors my windows account. How can i have it to log all the accounts?
First make sure you have the latest version.
If not, then uninstall your version, restart the computer, download the latest version from our site
and reinstall from Admin account.
After you reinstall, run the keylogger at least one time from Admin account and check
that the
"Load when windows start" option is checked.
If that doesn't help, then login to the account the keylogger doesn't log, and from that account
open the keylogger and check that the "Load when windows start" option is checked.
Then open the Log Viewer and see if that fixed it.
(Sometimes rechecking the "Load when windows start" box helps)
If none of the above helps then restart the computer.
Please note that you should have installed the keylogger from Admin account and in a folder that
the other accounts have access to, like program-files.
If you installed in on your desktop for example, then the other account will not be able to
load the keylogger if it does not have access to that folder.
Can i have the keylogger to log my son's windows user
account and not mine?
Yes! Go to the Restrictions section and set your windows
user account in the
"Don't log these windows users accounts" input
Can I have the keylogger to prevent the loading of
unwanted programs?
Yes! Go to the Restrictions section and set the unwanted
program title in the
"Try to prevent loading these programs" input
You can find the wanted program title in the keylogger
log viewer.
Just press that program and its title will be shown in the textual log.
Can I have the keylogger to block the access to
unwanted sites?
Yes! Go to the Restrictions section and set the site URL or
part of it in the "Block these URL's" input
I have Windows Vista. Even though I have an Admin account I can not change a few of the Keylogger settings due to lack of permissions. What can I do?
Even though you have an Admin account, Vista, while the UAC (User Account Control) is on,
runs most of the programs including the Keylogger with limited rights.
Not like other Keyloggers, ours does not need more than these limited rights to work, but there are some settings that the Keylogger can not change without running with Admin rights.
In these cases, you have 2 ways to signal Vista to run the Keylogger with Admin rights:
Option 1) Close the Keylogger, then go to the folder you installed it, right click on the Keylogger file and choose the "Run As Administrator" option.
Option 2) Close the Keylogger and reinstall. The installer will run the Keylogger with Admin rights.
There is also a third option which is to completely disable the Vista UAC.
Here is a step by step explanation for how to disable Vista UAC:
a) Open Control Panel.
b) Under User Account and Family settings click on the "Add or remove user account".
c) Click on one of the user accounts.
d) Under the user account click on the "Go to the main User Account page" link.
e) Under "Make changes to your user account" click on the "Change security settings" link.
f) In the "Turn on User Account Control (UAC) to make your computer more secure" click to unselect the "Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer". Then click on the Ok button.
g) You will be prompted to reboot your computer.
(To later re enable the UAC option , just select the checkbox in step "g" and reboot).
After enabling the "Enable capturing of semi transparent windows" option, my mouse cursor flickers each time the keylogger takes a screenshot. How can i prevent this?
If you enable this option and you have a poor Display Card, the mouse cursor may starts flickering each time the Keylogger takes a
screenshot.
If that happens, all you need to do is to change the Hardware Acceleration Slider to "Full".
To get the Hardware Acceleration Slider:
Press the Start Button->Control Panel->Display->Settings Tab->Advanced Button->Troubleshoot Tab.
Or Click with the right mouse button on your desktop->Properties/Personalize->Display->Settings Tab->Advanced Button->Troubleshoot Tab.
In rare cases setting the Hardware Acceleration Slider to "None" will solve the problem.

Can anyone uninstall the keylogger?
No.
You can't uninstall the Keylogger while it is running.
If you set it to run when windows starts (default), then one can only uninstall
the Keylogger after closing it, and to do so, he needs to know the password for
getting the main screen.
You will be asked to type your password for uninstalling the keylogger.
How do I uninstall the Keylogger?
First logoff from all the other windows accounts, then
open the Keylogger and press on the uninstall option located
at the Keylogger left menu and follow the instructions.
You will be asked to type your password for uninstalling the keylogger.
Is there any limitation to the trial version?
No. The trial is for free 7 days with full functionality.
What happens when the trial expires? Will I get a popup dialog asking me to purchase?
From v2.52 you will not get any popups.
When the trial expires, the keylogger will just stop logging.
(You can still be able to call it with
your password/Hotkey for setting the registration key or to Uninstall).
Why should I purchase a license?
A license is purchased to enable you to use "Beyond Keylogger"
on your PC without the time limit.
If you intend to install "Beyond Keylogger" on more than one computer
this would require a license for each computer you install it on.
The keylogger will be installed on my kid's computer,
I want to set it to send me the logs by email to another computer and to view them from there.
do I need to purchase a separate license just to view these recived logs?
If you need to view the logs from another computer than the one you installed it on,
then you can set the Key logger to send you the Textual, Web & Chat logs in HTML format.
In that case you will not need the Log Viewer installed on the reading computer
since you can view these logs with your Browser
(just double click these HTML logs files you receive to open them).
So you will not need to purchase a license for the reading computer.
If you still want to view these logs from another computer with the Log Viewer (I.E, not to set it to send in HTML format)
OR, you want the Key logger to send you the Visual Log (Screenshots Log) as well,
(Visual log can only be viewed with the Log Viewer) then yes, you do need to purchase a second license for the reading computer.
The log viewer is an integral part of the keylogger.
According to our license you should have a registered copy for each computer you
are using it.
Do you give discounts for those how buy more then one
license?
Yes.
Please follow this link for viewing our discount table:
http://www.Supremtec.com/purchase.htm
I want to order the keylogger but i do not have a Credit Cart. What can I do?
